1. Who can use UCPB GEN Payment Facilities?

Online and Mobile Banking
Clients with UCPB or BDO bank account.

Over-the-Counter
Clients with cash or check payment.

Credit Card
Clients who are credit card holders of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay and JCB.

ATM Debit Cards
Clients with ATM card of Megalink, Bancnet, Expressnet.

2. How will I get my receipt/proof of payment?
Credit Card payments

Official Receipt will be issued by the Cashier upon payment.
Over-the-Counter, Online and Mobile payments
Official Receipt will be sent via mail within 3 to 5 working days.

3. Can I use the Mobile Banking facility on any network?

Yes, as long as you have a mobile data connection from your network service provider.

4. How will I know that my payment transaction was successful when using Online and Mobile Banking?

Reference Number will be displayed after every successful transaction.

5. Are there charges for Online and Mobile transactions?

BDO Account Holders
Online and mobile banking is free of charge.

UCPB Account Holders
Online banking is free of charge.

Mobile banking fee is Php2.50 for every successful payment. This fee is on top of the regular SMS fee charged by the client’s respective mobile networks.

Here's how:

Step 1: . Log-in to UCPB Connect using your credentials.

For new users

Click "Online Banking" > "UCPB Connect" > "Register" and fill out necessary customer information.

For existing users

Log in to UCPB Connect using your credentials.

Step 2: Generate your Transaction Password.

Step 3: Access Enroll Biller menu and enroll your Policy Number under UCPB Gen.

How to Enroll

• Select UCPB Gen from the drop-down list of Billers
• Encode your Policy Number in the Billing Account Number field.
• Specify your Billing Account Name.
• As an option, you may indicate a Description to help you identify the Billing Account Number you enrolled. 
• Click ‘Add New’ button after encoding all the required information. 

Step 4: Once you have successfully enrolled your Policy Number, you may now access the Pay Bills menu in order to initiate the payment.

To initiate payment, specify the following:

• Source Account (specify account to debit)
• Biller (select UCPBGEN from the dropdown list)
• Billing Account Number (select the Policy Number you previously enrolled)
• Payment Mode (select Immediate)
• Amount (specify amount to pay)
• Transaction Password (encode your transaction password)
• Click Submit button.

Step 5: A confirmation page will be displayed.  Click Confirm Button to confirm. 

• System will display the details of the successful payment.  This will also be sent to your enrolled email address and mobile number.  

UCPB Mobile Banking

You can now pay your premiums thru your mobile phones!

Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to your UCPB Connect account.

Step 2: Go to "Send Mail" under the Bank Mails Section.

Step 3: Download the application.

Step 4: Encode SUBSCRIBER NO. and SUBSCRIBER NAME.

BDO Electronic Banking Facilities

Step 1: Enroll your BDO savings/ current account.

1. Go to www.bdo.com.ph.
2. Click “Online Banking Login” > “Enroll Now”.
3. Choose “Deposit Accounts” as the account you want to enroll,
4. Select “Within the Philippines”,
5. Fill out the Online Enrollment Form.
6. Input the word “Retail” on the Marketing Referral Code Box. 
7. Click “Submit”.
• Take note of your ATM activation code that can be found on the acknowledgement page. You will use this for your enrollment activation.
8. Go to any BDO ATM. Using your ATM Debit Card. Select “Other Services” > “Activate Electronic Banking”, and enter your ATM Activation Code in the box provided.

Note: You may start using BDO online Banking account within 24 hours from ATM activation .

BDO Mobile Banking

Step 1: If you are already enrolled in BDO Online Banking, simply install the Mobile App on your iOS (iPhone®, iPad®, iPod Touch®) or Android smartphones.

Step 2: Search for "BDO Mobile Banking" from the App Store or Google Play and make sure that the name appearing under the app thumbnail is BDO Unibank, Inc.

Step 3: After the App has been downloaded, You may now log-in to access your account.

Step 4: Access the Bills Payment service.
